NextGen is a digital skills studio for people from every background: students after a side income, homemakers who want to work from home, young people building their own agencies, and researchers and writers preparing their papers. Wherever you are starting, we teach the practical skills that clients pay for.

The skills exist. Few people are shown how.

All over the world, people build real incomes from digital work. They run ad campaigns, create content, automate small businesses and serve clients in other countries, all from a laptop and an internet connection. It is open to anyone who learns the right skills, whatever their age, background or qualifications.

In Pakistan, very few people were ever shown how. Most classrooms lean on theory, while clients hire for practical tools. So capable people, from students to homemakers to working professionals, ended up watching from the sidelines, unsure where to begin and who to trust.

The talent was never the problem. What was missing was a clear, practical path that anyone could follow, and we decided to build one.

It started in 2023.

2023 the year we opened our first classes

We began with a simple aim: teach the practical side of digital work to anyone willing to learn. Our classes were never meant for one kind of learner, and that is still true. People join from different ages, cities and backgrounds, and they learn side by side.

We chose not to water anything down. Every course is built on the same tools and methods working professionals use, and it stays hands-on from the very first class.

Behind that curriculum is a founding team with backgrounds in research, training and enterprise IT, so what we teach is checked against the real market before it reaches a classroom.

Short, structured and hands-on.

Our workshops are compact and sequenced, with one skill at a time in focus. Learners practise on real tasks, get feedback, and put the skill to work before moving on to the next.

The people teaching are working freelancers, agency owners and industry professionals, so lessons reflect how the work is done today, not how a textbook described it years ago.
